What We Talk About
Consultations for Real Questions
About Your Health
A wellness consultation isn't a medical appointment — it's a conversation with a pharmacist. You bring the questions; we bring the expertise and an honest perspective on what might help.
Patients most often schedule consultations to talk about:
Bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT)
Exploring whether BHRT may be part of your hormone health conversation, or transitioning to Kizer for compounding.
Perimenopause & menopause support
Navigating symptoms, lab work questions, and what to ask your provider.
Low dose naltrexone (LDN)
Understanding LDN, transferring an existing prescription, or questions about compounding.
Custom compounding
Non-standard dosages, allergen-free formulations, or unavailable commercial products.
Supplement protocols
Pharmacist-guided supplement recommendations for specific wellness goals.
General wellness direction
"I know something isn't right, but I don't know where to start."
If your question doesn't fit one of those categories, that's okay too. Schedule a consultation and we'll talk.
What to Expect From Your Consultation
No exam. No diagnosis. No pressure. A wellness consultation is exactly what it sounds like — a conversation with a pharmacist who takes the time to listen and answer your questions clearly.
Schedule
Fill out the short form below (takes about two minutes) or give us a call. Tell us what you'd like to talk about and when works best for you. Our team will follow up within one business day to confirm the time and format — in-person at our Union City pharmacy, phone, or video.
Your Conversation
Plan for a 20–30 minute conversation with a member of our pharmacy team — usually Dr. Jason Kizer or another pharmacist with specialized training in wellness and hormone health. We'll talk about your questions, your goals, what you've tried, and what might be worth exploring next.
Clear Next Steps
You leave with a clearer picture. That might mean scheduling a follow-up conversation with your healthcare provider armed with better questions, exploring a supplement protocol we can put together, transferring an existing prescription to Kizer, or simply knowing what to keep an eye on. Whatever the next step is, you won't be left wondering.
Most consultations are free, and there's no obligation. The goal is to help you move forward — whether or not that eventually involves becoming a Kizer patient.
