That curiosity sent me down a different path — deep into functional health, hormones, metabolism, gut health, and lifestyle medicine. It's an area most practitioners receive little training in, yet it shapes how people feel every single day.
That journey led me to pursue Menopause Society certification, invest in a USP-800 compliant compounding facility, and advocate in Washington, D.C., for patient access to compounding pharmacy care. Because patients deserve more than "within range." They deserve someone who will listen, personalize, and help them pursue optimal — not just normal.

Yes. Kizer Pharmacy and Kizer Wellness compounds bioidentical hormone formulations — including estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, and combinations — as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Dr. Kizer holds Menopause Society Certification, a specialized credential in hormone health held by a small number of pharmacists nationally.
Absolutely. We handle the entire transfer process — just call us at (731) 885-2226 or start a transfer online and we'll coordinate with your current pharmacy and prescriber. Most transfers can be completed in a single phone call.
Kizer Pharmacy and Kizer Wellness is licensed to dispense compounded medications to patients in Tennessee. Prescription compounds cannot be shipped outside of Tennessee. For supplements and non-prescription products, we offer shipping within the U.S. and free shipping on orders over $100.
We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Our drive-thru opens at 8:00 AM on weekdays and Saturdays. We're closed on Sundays.
